At BACKTODEPTH, every order is processed and packed by hand. Because we are an independent operation, we have a strict return policy to ensure we can keep creating for you.

1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your gear arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered.

  • The Window: You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • The Process: Email btdofficial.001@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the fault.

  • The Fix: If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. We will cover the shipping costs for faulty items.

2. Size Exchanges

We want you to look good in your fit. If the size isn't right, we allow swaps under the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The Window: Request a swap within 14 days of delivery.

  • Shipping: For size swaps, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the shipping cost of the new size.

  • Availability: Swaps are subject to stock availability. If your size is sold out, we may offer store credit instead.

3. Final Sale

Aside from faulty items or size exchanges, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind."

  2. State whether you are reporting a fault or requesting a size swap.

  3. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions before sending your item back.
