1. Our Commitment to Meaning & Quality
At Back to Depth (BTD), we believe every step of the process—from design to delivery—must uphold our standard of meaning and quality. We appreciate your patience as we meticulously prepare your exclusive garments for shipment.
2. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: All orders are subject to a 1–3 business day processing period before shipment. This time is dedicated to a final quality check and careful packaging of your item.
Limited/Exclusive Releases (e.g., Arctic Noir): Due to the specialized nature and high demand of our limited-run items, processing time may extend to 3–5 business days. Any longer timelines will be clearly noted on the product page.
Note: Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
We use reliable tracked carriers to ensure your piece arrives safely.
4. International Shipping
We proudly ship BTD worldwide. Please be aware that international transit times vary greatly due to destination and local customs procedures.
Estimated International Transit Time: 7–21 Business Days (Varies by destination).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (IMPORTANT): The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or import taxes applied by the destination country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to purchase to determine potential additional fees.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
6. Failed Delivery & Address Issues
Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. BTD is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address entry.
Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for paying a re-shipping fee to have the order sent out again.
